Learn the tools before you use them.
A practical guide to the software: read the account view, prepare an order and review its result. This material explains platform controls and is not investment advice.
MFX LEARNING CENTRE

01 · Start with your workspace
Sign in, choose your language and confirm that you are using the intended account. A TEST account is for reviewing simulation workflows.
- Use a strong password
- Keep login details private
- Check the account name before taking an action
02 · Read the account metrics
Balance is distinct from equity, and free margin changes with open exposure. Margin and leverage are not a profit promise.
- Equity includes floating profit or loss
- Free margin reflects used margin
- A request is not a completed payment
03 · Prepare a new order
Select a symbol and open New Order. Choose BUY or SELL explicitly, then review the order type, volume and protection fields before submitting.
- An unselected direction cannot submit
- Pending orders have separate trigger conditions
- Wait for the server acknowledgment
04 · Manage an open position
Review the current price and position details. Where available, take-profit targets can be entered as a price or a profit amount; the platform translates the amount into a price target.
- Check the selected target mode
- Review the calculated price
- Targets do not guarantee an execution price
05 · Verify the result
After opening or closing, check the position list, account metrics and closed history. If something is unclear, share the symbol and time with account support.
- Avoid repeated clicks while a request is pending
- Keep a record of the error message
- Use support without sharing your password
